ONLINE RECRUITMENT PACKAGES TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

“Client” – Entity or person subscribing to the Online Recruitment Package, hereafter referred to as the ‘Client’.

“SA Sales Fraternity” – The Company offering the Online Recruitment Package to subscribers for a fee, hereafter referred to as ‘The Company’.

“Online Recruitment Packages” & “Pre-Employment Screening” are the online products offered by SA Sales Fraternity (The Company”.

All project management fees where applicable, are to be paid upfront by the Client before the online recruitment package/pre-employment screening project commences.

The Company endeavors to take all reasonable measures to ensure that the candidates referred meet Client requirements. However, the final decision to employ a candidate rests with the Client and not The Company. The Company will therefore not be held responsible or liable for any damages caused directly or indirectly by a candidate introduced by The Company. The Company does not accept any liability for any information and/or representation made expressly, or implied, by a candidate introduced to the Client, which proves to be untrue, unfounded or inaccurate.
