Job Description

Our client in the Media Industry is seeking a vibey Telemarketing Sales Executive to join their dynamic team.

Requirements:

Telesales Representative or similar customer service or sales role with a minimum of 5 years’ experience. Experience is not negotiable.
Self-driven with a positive outlook and a desire to succeed, and a clear focus on attention to detail and delivering sales results.
Target driven, self-motivated and who relishes working in a competitive environment.
Proven record of met quota
Strong objection handling skills as well as the ability to close a sale. Being bilingual is an advantage.
Must be hardworking and be able to work as part of a team as well as unsupervised.
Must reside within driving distance.
Own vehicle is a must (purely for getting to work and back).
Time management and organizational skills is non-negotiable.
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback with clients is a must.
High degree of computer literacy with hands-on experience with sales tools such as CRM software
Ability and willingness to learn about products and services specifications and benefits
Patient and friendly personality
Great interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Good negotiation skills
High school diploma

Salary:

R 6,000 – R 10,000 pm & commission.
