FMCG Industry experience a requirement, must have Managerial experience. DIY products selling to Builders Warehouse, Mica, Cash Build etc.

  1. Plan and execute customer sales visits at 50 – 60 per month.
  2. Plan and execute key accounts visits at 4 per month. Key accounts visit’s to be in line with approved process.
  3. Hit and exceed monthly Regional Sales to budget targets
  4. Ensure all direct reports perform in line with their KPI’s. Complete and submit 1 x formal appraisal per annum per staff member.
  5. Prepare and present annual budgets to management team before the end of April.
  6. Prepare and minute one regional sales meeting per month.
  7. Plan, prepare and visit East London, PE and CT agents x 2 a year

Qualifications and experience:

Minimum 5 years national sales management experience. In a role displaying a proven track record and clear experience in formulating and implementing sales and marketing strategies. Leading and developing culture in a multinational team. Tertiary qualification in sales and marketing management with additional leadership and business management development.

Based in Durban

Direct reports:

  • Coastal – 3 x Account Managers – 3 x Sales and merchandizing representatives. 3 x Agents – East London, PE and Cape Town
